You’re only a loser if you don’t try. A Dodgeball Report.

Part 1

Part 2

We’re not sure how much ground this ‘movement’ built up. But it seems like anything that involved potentially losing is somehow bad for kids according to the parents that coddle them. We lose sometime, all of us do. Some more than others. But more often than not if you work for it, and work hard, winning feels that much better. The whole “everyone gets a trophy” mentality is detrimental to our children. They should learn early that losing doesn’t make them losers, giving up does. Because not trying at all will ensure an L in your checkbox. This report from HBO’s “Real Sports” dissects the Pussification of the small percentage of the public’s need to “not try to fight” in other words, to lose.

By the way, the Air Hi-5, Air hug, & shadow tag….all gay. That is all.

There’s no cancellation in Football!..well sorta.

Although Pennsylvania Governor Ed. Rendell’s rant in theory makes sense, the sheer size of this storm, and the people driving to the game may have turned it in to a disaster. A question we have is had this been 1977 would this game have gone on regardless?. I truly believe so, with few incidents if any.

Outside of that, the Gov does go in depth about Pussification, although he’s obviously forced to use the “TV-Friendly” term of “Wussification”, the rant is all the same, and we agree 100% with the points he raises. Enjoy.

The Millennials Are Coming!

To kick off StopPussification.com the right way, we decided to show you a report about “The Millennials”, that’s young people born between 1980 & 1995. Young & very privileged (more so than those born before then) they tend to believe they’re deserving of almost everything…without really earning it. This ties in to Pussification nicely, as it’s quickly understood that the less understanding one is of being an occasional loser (and bouncing back from that), the thinner their skin is, which is usually the first symptom of Pussification.

The Millennials Are Coming!

Morley Safer reports on the new generation of “millennials.” They are in their late teens to early twenties and could be ill prepared for a demanding workplace.

By definition, Pussification is the weakening of society due to their sensitivity on trivial issues. About 30 years ago the word didn’t exist, because back then society handled things with a more “common sense/it’s not that serious” type attitude. At this site we will examine the various degrees of Pussification which we hope will incite discussion, and hopefully come to the conclusion that regarding this, we need to go back, not forward.
